The accommodation is located on the FIRST FLOOR and can be reached both by stairs and by ELEVATOR.

The main door is shared with the other residents, while the apartment is entirely yours alone.

Check-in takes place in person with our staff, so we can explain everything to you calmly and let you get your stay off to a good start.

All areas described in the advertisement are at your complete and exclusive disposal.

🚗 ZTL & STRESS-FREE ARRIVAL (USEFUL INFO)
The house is located in a LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE (ZTL), in the heart of the historic center.
That's why we provide the ZTL PASS, which allows you to drive in, conveniently unload your luggage in front of your house, or have someone accompany you to the entrance, without worries.

Before your arrival, we'll explain everything clearly, so your arrival will be smooth and stress-free, even with suitcases or children.

🅿️ WHERE TO PARK (ZERO STRESS)
The house is located in PIAZZA DUOMO, a pedestrian and limited traffic area: there is no parking under the house, but there is no shortage of convenient solutions.

Recommended parking within a few minutes' walk:

• Viale Eleonora d'Aragona – free, ~3 min
• Samonà Theatre / Viale delle Terme – free, ~7 min
• Piazza Mariano Rossi – paid, ~5 min
• Porta Palermo – paid, ~10 min

💡 Plus, we provide the ZTL PASS, so you can drive in to conveniently unload your luggage in front of your house or have someone accompany you to the entrance, worry-free.

🔔 NOTE ON LOCATION AND RELIGIOUS EVENTS:
The apartment directly overlooks the splendid Basilica of Madonna del Soccorso. This makes the experience unique, immersed in the authentic life of the historic center.

📌 The church bells ring periodically throughout the day, adding to the typical atmosphere of the place.

📅 In particular, on February 2nd and August 15th, Sciacca celebrates the historic Procession of the Madonna del Soccorso: a deeply felt event that enlivens the entire city.
During these days, the Piazza Duomo area will be completely occupied by the festival, with restrictions on movement and parking.

🚫 Important note: check-in will not be possible on these two dates for logistical and safety reasons.

The view of the procession and the festive atmosphere will be spectacular and unforgettable for those already staying at the house.

🛏️ USE OF 2ND AND 3RD ROOM (bookings for 2 or 3 guests)
The house has three bedrooms. If you're booking for two and would like to use two bedrooms (or if there are three of you and you'd like to use all three), just let us know in advance: we'll be happy to prepare them for your arrival.

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:

📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):

After booking you will receive:

• the Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental agreements (L. 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).

• the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):
Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be followed according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained upon check-in.
🚫 Waste should never be left inside the house, for any reason.
🕗 Every evening, you must leave the bins with the bags outside the gate, following the indicated schedule.


🚭 SMOKING:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors will sound the alarm.
✅ Smoking is permitted on the veranda/outdoor spaces.


🔑⚡ KEYS + CARD:
The keys and the card are united and inseparable.
The card activates the air conditioning: when you return, insert it into the appropriate slot; when you leave, remove it to turn off the air conditioning.


💧 WATER CONSUMPTION:
We encourage you to use water wisely and avoid waste: in Sicily, it is a precious resource, especially during the summer months.


🩴 CLEANING YOUR FEET WHEN YOU RETURN FROM THE BEACH:
Please clean your feet thoroughly outside your home as soon as you return from the beach: sand can cause falls down stairs and cause problems with other residents.
