It is designed for guests who want to enjoy San Marco with freedom: the sea just a few steps away, a private outdoor space facing the blue and the comfort of an independent home, within a private property with internal parking.

🔑 ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY (INDEPENDENT APARTMENT, A FEW STEPS FROM THE SEA)

Villa Diana P1 is located in the San Marco area, one of the most appreciated seaside areas of Sciacca, in a rare position: close to the beach, private and easy to enjoy every day.

Access to the property is through a private gate.

Inside, you will find reserved parking for 1 car and the independent entrance to the P1 apartment.

Villa Diana is composed of two independent apartments, one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, which can be rented separately or together as the entire villa.

When the apartments are booked separately, each unit keeps its own independence, with autonomous indoor spaces and separate entrances. Some outdoor areas, such as the path to the beach, the barbecue area, the outdoor shower and passage areas, may be shared with guests from the other apartment.

In short: independent entrance, privacy, internal parking, independent apartment and the beach reachable on foot in just a few real steps.

🔑 IN-PERSON CHECK-IN

We welcome you in person, generally by 9:00 PM, so you can enter calmly and we can show you the spaces of the villa.

During check-in, we will give you all the useful information about the apartments, outdoor spaces, beach access, parking and the San Marco area.

Late check-in available only upon request and prior confirmation, with a €50 supplement to be paid on arrival.

🚶‍♂️ On foot — San Marco beach can be reached in just a few real steps through the access path from the property: the simplest way to enjoy the sea every day, without a car.

🚗 Car — Recommended to reach the historic centre of Sciacca, the port, other beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, villages and nearby places.

🚌 Bus — Available in the area, but with limited frequency: not the most convenient option for moving around freely.

🚕 Taxi — Available upon request. Services such as Uber are not available in Sciacca.

📍 THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Contrada San Marco is one of Sciacca's most popular seaside areas: wide sandy beaches, open sea, and spectacular sunsets that mark the passing of the days.

During the summer season (from mid-June to mid-September), the beach comes alive with beach clubs and kiosks by the sea, some of which also offer excellent options for informal lunches and dinners.

After booking, we will be happy to recommend our favorites.

The area maintains an ideal balance between seaside life and tranquility, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach in a natural way, without sacrificing comfort and seasonal services.

Sciacca is also strategically located for exploring southwestern Sicily: in less than an hour by car, you can reach archaeological sites of great value such as Agrigento, Selinunte, Segesta, and Eraclea Minoa, as well as numerous villages and beaches less frequented by mass tourism.

The historic center of Sciacca is about 12 km (15 minutes by car) away: here you will find coral and ceramics shops, traditional pastry shops, restaurants, markets, and supermarkets, allowing you to experience the most authentic side of the city.

An ideal area for those who want a quiet and well-connected base by the sea, from which to move freely and discover the surrounding area.

Sciacca is located on the southwestern coast of Sicily and is easily accessible from three major airports:

ℹ️ SOMETHING TO KNOW:

• MOSQUITOES AND OUTDOOR LIVING

Villa Diana is located just a few steps from San Marco beach and offers large outdoor spaces, a veranda, panoramic patio, courtyard, barbecue area and outdoor shower.

During the warmer seasons, mosquitoes or small insects may be present, especially in the evening and in the outdoor areas.

This is normal for a seaside house, close to nature and the beach.

We recommend bringing or using personal repellents, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time outdoors during aperitifs, outdoor dinners or evening moments on the veranda.

• SAN MARCO BEACH AND AREA IN SUMMER

San Marco beach is one of the most appreciated seaside areas of Sciacca, loved for its beach atmosphere, sand and the possibility of enjoying the sea in a simple and direct way.

During the central summer months, it can be busier, especially in the middle of the day, on weekends and during high season.

The great advantage of Villa Diana is being able to reach the beach on foot in just a few real steps and return home whenever you wish, without depending on the car or looking for parking.

• INDEPENDENT APARTMENT, IN A VILLA WITH TWO AUTONOMOUS UNITS

Villa Diana is composed of two independent apartments: Villa Diana P1, on the upper floor with direct access from the gate, and the ground-floor apartment.

The two apartments can be rented separately or together as the entire villa.

When booked separately, each unit maintains its own autonomy, with independent entrance and private indoor spaces.

Some outdoor and passage areas, such as the path to the beach, the outdoor shower, the barbecue area and common access points, may be shared with guests from the other apartment.

The property is located in a seaside residential setting: we therefore ask guests to respect the neighbourhood and any other guests, especially during evening and night hours.

The outdoor spaces are designed to be enjoyed, but always with attention to the setting, privacy and quietness of the area.

Based on the number of guests indicated in the booking, the necessary bedrooms will be prepared.

For bookings of 2 guests, the double bedroom is normally prepared.
