When the sun sets, the day ends with that typical Sicilian summer feeling: no rush, just peace and light.

🅿️ At Casa Sciacca Mare you have parking in the condominium courtyard with gated access: arrive, leave your car and start relaxing right away.

PARKING NOTE (TRANSPARENCY):

Parking is located in the condominium courtyard, accessed via a gate. It's a shared area, and spaces are available first (no assigned or exclusive spaces).

We usually find a place, but we cannot guarantee availability at all times, especially during high season.

🛏️ SLEEPING AREA – 4 GUESTS:

Designed for a good night's sleep after the beach: fresh, functional, and comfortable, with practical details that make all the difference.

• DOUBLE BEDROOM

Spacious and bright, with a comfortable queen-size bed.
Equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, shutters and mosquito net for a cool and peaceful sleep.
Plus: large walk-in closet and linens (sheets, blankets and extra pillows) available.

• SECOND CHAMBER

Cozy and versatile, with two single beds: perfect for children, but also comfortable for adults.
Equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, wardrobe, shutters and mosquito net.
Overlooking the surrounding nature, for a stress-free rest.


🍽️ LIVING AREA – LIVING THE HOME:

A simple and relaxed space, designed for spending time together and enjoying your holiday in a natural way.

• KITCHEN + DINING AREA

New and fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, refrigerator (fresh water on arrival), Nespresso machine with capsules and utensils.
Local extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, and pepper are also available.
Large table for lunches and dinners with friends.

• STAY

Comfortable space with sofa, TV with Amazon Fire Stick (Netflix, Prime, etc. with personal accounts) and fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito nets and soundproof windows for greater comfort.


🚿 BATHROOM + LAUNDRY:

Full bathroom with shower, illuminated mirror, powerful hairdryer, towel set and courtesy set (shampoo and shower gel).

For longer stays: 6 kg washing machine with detergent and fabric softener, iron and ironing board, drying rack and clothes pegs.

🔑 ACCESS TO THE HOUSE (SIMPLE AND CLEAR):

The apartment is located on the FIRST FLOOR and can be reached via external stairs (there is NO elevator).
If you have bulky luggage or suitcases, don't worry: we'll be happy to help you upon your arrival.

The setting is that of a private residential complex: the entrance is shared, while the apartment is entirely yours, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete freedom and privacy.

All areas described in the listing are at your complete and exclusive disposal during your stay.


⏰ OPENING HOURS:

• CHECK-IN: from 3:00 pm onwards
• CHECK-OUT: by 10:00

Whenever possible, check-in takes place in person with our staff by 9:00 PM, so we can welcome you in person and explain everything to you calmly.
If you arrive later (or prefer to be completely independent), no problem: SELF CHECK-IN is available, with key collection at a point near the house that we will communicate with you shortly before your arrival (with all the instructions).

(Late check-out is possible only if available and agreed upon in advance.)

ℹ️ SOMETHING TO KNOW:

• Mosquitoes in the warm seasons:
As in all seaside areas, mosquitoes may be present during the summer months.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets to ensure comfort during your stay.

• Beach and neighborhood in high season:
In the more central summer months, the beach and surrounding homes can be busier.
Despite this, the house maintains privacy and independence, inserted in an orderly and quiet residential context.

📺 TV NOTE (TRANSPARENCY):
The TV works in Smart mode via Fire Stick.
There is no antenna, so there are no traditional channels (RAI, Mediaset, etc.) in the “classic” version, but they are accessible via apps (e.g. RaiPlay and streaming services with personal accounts).

🛏️ USE OF 2ND ROOM (BOOKINGS FOR 2 GUESTS):
If there are two of you and you'd like to use the second bedroom, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it.

⚠️ TRAVEL AND MOBILITY:

🚗 A car is recommended for easy access to Sciacca's city center, supermarkets, and main attractions, given the house's quiet and private location.
🚌 Local bus service operates only during certain time slots and on limited routes.
🚕 Private taxis available (❌ Uber or similar services not available).

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:


📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):

After booking you will receive:
• the Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental agreements (L. 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).
• the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):

Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be followed according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained upon check-in.
🚫 Waste should never be left inside the house, for any reason.
🕗 Every evening, you must leave the bins with the bags outside the gate, following the indicated schedule.


🚭 SMOKING:

Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors will sound the alarm.
✅ Smoking is permitted on the veranda/outdoor spaces.


🚫 WC – ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED:
It is forbidden to throw paper, napkins, sanitary towels or other objects into the toilet (risk of blockages and damage).
In case of blockages/damages caused by incorrect use, the plumber's invoice will be forwarded to you.


💧 WATER CONSUMPTION:
We encourage you to use water wisely, avoiding waste and limiting unnecessary consumption.
In Sicily, water is a precious resource, especially during the summer months. Furthermore, the house is served by a cesspool, which can fill up quickly if overused.


🩴 CLEANING YOUR FEET WHEN YOU RETURN FROM THE BEACH:

Upon returning from the beach, it is mandatory to thoroughly clean your feet before entering the house and going up the stairs.

Sand on the stairs can cause slips, create discomfort for other residents, and compromise peaceful coexistence within the building.
This small gesture of consideration is essential for everyone's safety and for maintaining good relations with the neighborhood.

🔑⚡ KEYS + CARDS

The apartment's electrical system is controlled by a card connected to the house keys. When you leave, the card must be removed, thus turning off the electricity throughout the apartment, except for the refrigerator. This system is designed to ensure safety and energy sustainability.


📶 CORRECT USE OF WI-FI:

Access to the Wi-Fi network is reserved for registered guests. Use for illegal or violative activities is prohibited.
