The ground floor is the most private area of the house, ideal for guests who want more privacy or for a family unit looking for a more independent space.

• Capacity: up to 4 guests

⚠️ Intermediate cleaning service and hotel/B&B-style linen change are not provided.

The property has small refreshment corners distributed across the different levels: one private corner on the ground floor and two shared ones, respectively on the first and second floor.

Sambuca di Sicilia is one of the most fascinating villages in the Agrigento inland area, recognized as Borgo dei Borghi 2016 and included among Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages. An authentic, intimate and surprising place, where history, culture, landscape and Sicilian life come together naturally.

The village still preserves the imprint of ancient Zabut, linked to its Arab origins, especially visible in the charming Saracen quarter: a maze of narrow alleys, stone passages, quiet corners and small squares where simply walking becomes part of the experience. This historic area, also known as “li setti vaneddi”, is one of the most distinctive corners of the town.

Sambuca is also rich in churches, historic buildings and cultural sites. Highlights include the Mother Church, the Belvedere/Calvario, the Church of Santa Caterina d’Alessandria, known for its Baroque style and decorated interiors, and Palazzo Panitteri, one of the town’s most important buildings, now home to the Archaeological Museum. 🚌 Bus / public transport — Connections with local companies may be available, but timetables and connections should be checked before travelling. Some options may require changes and longer travel times.

🚕 Private transfer or taxi — Convenient option by reservation, ideal for groups, families or guests with a lot of luggage.
