Spacious, bright and quiet, with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning.
It is equipped with a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing in the evening with the main streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc. โ€“ with personal accounts).
Well-organized spaces and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect after a day at the beach.
An additional bed is also available, and a cot is available upon request.

โ€ข SECOND CHAMBER
A cozy room with single beds or a double bed (upon request), perfect for children or teenagers, but also suitable for adults.
Equipped with air conditioning, a small balcony and a view of the greenery, for a peaceful and noise-free rest.

A simple and functional space, designed for spending time together and enjoying your holiday without formalities.

Bright space with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi, ideal for relaxing in the evening or for a few moments of smart working. Air conditioning is also available.
The TV allows access to the main streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc. โ€“ with personal accounts).
The large openings connect directly to the outdoor spaces, making the sea always part of the day.

โ€ข EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Traditional style kitchen, practical and complete:
hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and utensils.
A space where you can actually cook, if you feel like it, and share meals with ease.


๐Ÿšฟ BATHROOM + LAUNDRY:
Full bathroom with shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
There is also a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, as well as sheets and towels.
Everything you need to feel free, even during longer stays.



๐Ÿ”‘ HOUSE ACCESS (SIMPLE AND FLEXIBLE):
The apartment is on the SECOND FLOOR and can be reached via external stairs (there is NO elevator). Don't worry, we'll be happy to help you with your luggage upon your arrival.

The setting is that of a private residential complex: the entrance is shared, while the apartment is entirely yours, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete freedom and privacy.

All areas described in the listing are at your complete and exclusive disposal during your stay.

โ€ข CHECK-OUT: by 10:00

Whenever possible, check-in takes place in person with our staff by 9:00 PM, so we can welcome you in person and explain everything to you calmly.

If you arrive later (or prefer total autonomy), no problem: SELF CHECK-IN is available, with key collection from the coded BOX (the code will be sent before arrival).

(Late check-out is possible only if available and agreed upon in advance.)

The house is equipped with mosquito nets to ensure comfort during your stay.

The kitchen sink doesn't provide hot water. Everything else in the apartment is serviced as expected.

โ€ข Beach and neighborhood in high season.
In the more central summer months, the beach and surrounding homes can be busier.
Despite this, the house maintains privacy and independence, inserted in an orderly and quiet residential context.


๐Ÿ›๏ธ USE OF 2ND ROOM (BOOKINGS FOR 2 GUESTS):
If there are two of you and you'd like to use the second bedroom, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it.


โš ๏ธ TRAVEL AND MOBILITY:
๐Ÿš— A car is recommended for easy access to Sciacca's city center, supermarkets, and main attractions, given the house's quiet and private location.
๐ŸšŒ Local bus service operates only during certain time slots and on limited routes.
๐Ÿš• Private taxis available (โŒ Uber or similar services not available)



๐Ÿ“œ HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:


๐Ÿ“ CONTRACT + ๐Ÿ†” IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):
After booking you will receive:
โ€ข the Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally โ€” we use the written form as required for rental agreements (L. 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).
โ€ข the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):
Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be followed according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained upon check-in.
๐Ÿšซ Waste should never be left inside the house, for any reason.
๐Ÿ•— Every evening, you must leave the bins with the bags outside the gate, following the indicated schedule.


๐Ÿšญ SMOKING:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors will sound the alarm.
โœ… Smoking is permitted on the veranda/outdoor spaces.


๐Ÿ”‘โšก KEYS + CARD:
The apartment's electrical system is controlled by a card connected to the house keys. When you leave, the card must be removed, thus turning off the electricity throughout the apartment, except for the refrigerator and kitchen appliances. This system is designed to ensure safety and energy sustainability.


๐Ÿšซ WC โ€“ ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED:
It is forbidden to throw paper, napkins, sanitary towels or other objects into the toilet (risk of blockages and damage).
In case of blockages/damages caused by incorrect use, the plumber's invoice will be forwarded to you.


๐Ÿ’ง WATER CONSUMPTION:
We encourage you to use water wisely and avoid waste: in Sicily, it is a precious resource, especially during the summer months.


๐Ÿฉด CLEANING YOUR FEET WHEN YOU RETURN FROM THE BEACH:
Upon returning from the beach, it is mandatory to thoroughly clean your feet before entering the house and going up the stairs.
Sand on the stairs can cause slips, create discomfort for other residents, and compromise peaceful coexistence within the building.
This small gesture of consideration is essential for everyone's safety and for maintaining good relations with the neighborhood.
