🔑 ACCESS TO THE STRUCTURE (HISTORICAL CENTER, TWO ENTRIES):

Room Castel Perollo is located inside the Old Castle, in the heart of Sciacca's historic center.

The structure is on several levels and houses 3 independent rooms:
• GREEN (1st floor)

⚠️ No elevator: there are stairs and differences in level typical of historic buildings.

✅ Two possible accesses:
• 🚗 Via Perollo (by car): very narrow road, recommended only for small cars and experienced drivers. If you manage to get there, you may be able to find parking right under the building in the area;
• 🚶‍♂️Zigzag stairs on Via Giuseppe Licata (on foot): more practical access for those parking in nearby areas.

🅿️ PARKING (CITY CENTER, A FEW STEPS AWAY)

Parking in the historic center can be a challenge, but there are several options that allow you to leave your car within a few minutes' walk of the property.

Before you check in, we'll send you our recommended parking locations, so you'll know where to park and get to Room Castel Perollo quickly and easily.

• CHECK-IN: from 3pm onwards, whenever you prefer
• CHECK-OUT: by 10:00

Room Castel Perollo is designed to give you privacy and independence from the very first moment.

Access is only through SELF CHECK-IN: a few days before your arrival you will receive all the instructions and, shortly before, your personal CODE to enter with complete freedom.

⚠️ TRAVEL AND MOBILITY:

🚶‍♂️ You are already in the heart of Sciacca: the Duomo, squares, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
🚗 A car is useful if you want to get to the beaches and surrounding areas.
🚕 Private taxis available (❌ Uber or similar services not available)

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:

After booking you will receive:
• the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


🚭 SMOKING:

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors will sound the alarm.
✅ Smoking is permitted on the veranda/outdoor spaces.


🔑⚡ KEYS + CARD:

The apartment's electrical system is controlled by a card connected to the house keys. When you leave, the card must be removed, thus turning off the electricity to the entire room. This system is designed to ensure safety and energy sustainability.


💧 WATER CONSUMPTION:

We encourage you to use water wisely and avoid waste: in Sicily, it is a precious resource, especially during the summer months.
