It is located on the first floor and can be reached by stairs, without a lift.

There's public parking on the street, right next to the house. Depending on the time of day and season, you might find it right below or a few steps away.

🔑 CHECK-IN: IN PRESENCE OR KEY COLLECTION

Whenever possible, check-in takes place in person by 9:00 PM so we can welcome you and explain everything to you in a relaxed manner.

If you arrive later, or if you prefer to be completely independent, we will indicate a convenient and safe place to collect the keys.

All instructions are sent before arrival, simply and clearly.

As in many seaside areas in Sicily, mosquitoes may be present during the summer months, especially in the evening.
We recommend keeping mosquito nets closed and, if desired, using personal repellent.

The house is located in a very lively area, animated by the daily life of the port: boats, fishermen and workers who make the atmosphere authentic and "real".
The port is not suitable for swimming, but it is perfect for walks along the pier and experiencing the Marina up close.

🛏️ USE OF 2ND ROOM (bookings for 2 guests)

If there are two of you and you'd like to use the second bedroom or sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it as best as possible.

⚠️ TRAVEL AND MOBILITY:

🚶 Here you're in a very convenient area: the port/Marina and city life are just a short walk away, so you don't need a car to eat out, take a stroll, and experience Sciacca.

🚗 A car is recommended if you want to move freely towards:
• more distant beaches and coves outside the city ⛱️
• panoramic points, villages and attractions in the surrounding area 🗺️
• evening trips without depending on timetables

🚌 The local bus is present but with limited runs and specific routes.
🚕 Private taxis available (❌ Uber and similar services not available).

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:

📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):
After booking you will receive:
• the Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental agreements (L. 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).
• the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


🚭 SMOKING:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors will sound the alarm.
✅ Smoking is permitted on the outdoor balcony.


🩴 CLEANING YOUR FEET WHEN YOU RETURN FROM THE BEACH:
Upon returning from the beach, it is mandatory to thoroughly clean your feet before entering the house and going up the stairs.
Sand on stairs can cause slips and compromise your safety.


🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):
Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be followed according to the municipal calendar.
You'll find everything in the house manual, and we'll explain it to you at check-in.
🚫 Never leave waste inside the house, for any reason (even for a few hours), to avoid odors and inconveniences.
🕗 Every evening it is necessary to take the bins with the bags inside out the main door.
📅 Follow the calendar: it will help you dispose of waste correctly, day by day.


💧 WATER CONSUMPTION (CONSCIOUS USE):
We ask you to use water responsibly, avoiding waste and unnecessary consumption.
In Sicily, water is a precious resource, especially in the summer months: small changes make a big difference.


🔑⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
The apartment's electrical system is controlled by a small key connected to the house keys. When you leave, this key must be removed, thus turning off the electricity throughout the apartment, except for the refrigerator and kitchen appliances. This system is designed to ensure safety and energy sustainability.
