🔑 SUITE ACCESS (EASY AND DISCREET):
The LOVE SUITE is designed to guarantee you maximum privacy and autonomy from the very first moment.
Access is via SELF CHECK-IN: shortly before arrival you will receive your personal CODE to enter in complete freedom, without waiting and without time constraints.

Arrive, come in… and your experience can begin right away.



⏰ OPENING HOURS:
• CHECK-IN: from 3pm onwards, whenever you prefer
• CHECK-OUT: by 10:00
(Late check-out is possible only if available and agreed upon in advance.)

Parking is available on the street, a short walk from the property.

Before you check in, we'll send you the RECOMMENDED LOCATION, so you'll know where to leave your car and get to the suite quickly and easily.

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:

📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY)
After booking you will receive:
• the TOURIST RENTAL AGREEMENT to be digitally signed — we use the written form as required for rental agreements (L. 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).
• the LINK for the REGISTRATION OF DOCUMENTS (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


🔑 ACCESS CARD – IMPORTANT
After the first entry with CODE, the CARD becomes the only key to enter and also activates the electricity.
⚠️ Always carry it with you: if it stays inside, it will not be possible to re-enter without the host's intervention.


🚭 NO SMOKING
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE SUITE (including e-cigarettes). SMOKE DETECTORS will sound the alarm.


🚫 WC – ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED
It is forbidden to throw PAPER, TOWELS, SANITARY PAPER or other objects into the toilet (risk of blockages and damage).
In case of blockages/damages caused by incorrect use, the plumber's INVOICE will be forwarded to you.


💧 WATER CONSUMPTION
We encourage you to use water wisely and avoid waste: in Sicily, it is a precious resource, especially during the summer months.
