The house is designed for living between inside and out, following the light, the air and the sound of the sea.
The spaces are separated naturally: a more intimate area for relaxation and an open, convivial part that overlooks the courtyard and accompanies daily life.
Here, the days pass easily: you move barefoot, you go back for a break, you go out again without thinking.
The house does not impose timetables or routes, but invites you to experience everything naturally, without filters.
It's an accommodation that doesn't try to impress with excess, but rather works because it's comfortable, authentic, and deeply rooted in the place.

๐ THE BEACH IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE (DIRECT ACCESS)
You don't leave here to go to the sea: you've already arrived.
You exit the courtyard and immediately find yourself on the beach of Capo San Marco (Sciacca), with no roads to cross, no transfers to organize.
Spontaneous baths, barefoot walks, outdoor shower and back out again.
A simple and immediate way to experience the sea, as it should be.

The courtyard is the true center of the house.
Here you can eat, stop in the shade, and spend time without rushing.
The patio is a perfect place to enjoy every moment of the day: from breakfast to afternoon breaks, to outdoor dinners and barbecues.
A real, lived-in space that becomes a natural part of the holiday.

ฟ๏ธ Private internal (outdoor) parking eliminates any stress related to travel.
You arrive, leave your car and forget about the problem for the duration of your stay.
A rare and tangible convenience, especially in summer, which makes the experience smoother and more relaxed from the very first moment.
Access requires a minimum level of driving experience, as the passage is not very wide and some maneuvering may be necessary.
Once inside, the space is comfortable and safe for parking with peace of mind.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Gate access may not be possible for large vehicles or vans.
In these cases, we recommend using the free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, near the beach kiosks.

The house is designed primarily for use of the double bed in the sleeping area, ideal for couples.

The main entrance is shared with an adjacent property; once inside, the entire house is yours alone, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete freedom and privacy.
All areas described in the listing are at your complete and exclusive disposal during your stay.

Whenever possible, check-in takes place in person by 9:00 PM so we can welcome you in person and explain everything to you in a relaxed manner.
If you arrive later, or if you prefer complete independence, SELF CHECK-IN is available, with key collection via a coded box.
The code and all instructions will be sent before arrival.

โข MOSQUITOES AND ANTS (WARM SEASONS):
As in all seaside areas, mosquitoes and ants may be present during the summer months.
We recommend that you be careful not to leave food out in the open.
However, repellents are available to ensure greater comfort during your stay.
โข ANIMALS IN ADJACENT PROPERTIES:
Dogs owned by the lady next door live on the neighboring property.
The animals are always fenced and completely separated from the area of your home.
You may also see stray cats in the yard: we kindly ask you not to feed them, to prevent them from permanently staying in the area.
โข TRANSPARENCY NOTE โ KITCHEN:
The kitchen sink does not provide hot water.
All the rest of the accommodation is regularly serviced.
โข BEACH AND NEIGHBORHOOD IN HIGH SEASON:
In the more central summer months, the beach and surrounding homes can be busier.
Despite this, the house maintains privacy and independence, inserted in an orderly and quiet residential context.

๐ A car is recommended for easy access to Sciacca's city center, supermarkets, and main attractions, given the house's quiet and private location.
๐ Local bus service operates only during certain time slots and on limited routes.

๐ HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:

After booking you will receive:
โข The Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally โ we use the written form as required for rental agreements (Law 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + Legislative Decree 50/2017).
โข the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).
๐๏ธ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):
Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be followed according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained upon check-in.
๐ซ Waste should never be left inside the house, for any reason.
๐ Every evening, you must leave the bins with the bags outside the gate, following the indicated schedule.
๐ญ SMOKING:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors will sound the alarm.

Smoking is permitted on the veranda/outdoor spaces.
๐ซ WC โ ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED:
It is forbidden to throw paper, napkins, sanitary towels or other objects into the toilet (risk of blockages and damage).
In case of blockages/damages caused by incorrect use, the plumber's invoice will be forwarded to you.
๐ง WATER CONSUMPTION:
We encourage you to use water wisely, avoiding waste and limiting unnecessary consumption.
In Sicily, water is a precious resource, especially during the summer months. Additionally, the house is served by a cesspool, which can fill up quickly if overused.
๐ฉด CLEANING YOUR FEET WHEN YOU RETURN FROM THE BEACH:
Upon returning from the beach, you are required to thoroughly clean your feet before entering the house. There is a very convenient outdoor shower.
