Oasi Relax is not “a house with a swimming pool”.
It's a place where your vacation changes tone as soon as you arrive: greenery all around, silence, real space. Just what you need to feel good, without having to chase anything.

Here, life naturally moves outdoors. The courtyard, with its tables and sofas, becomes the hub for aperitifs, leisurely conversations, and long evenings. And when the right time arrives, the barbecue area lights up the atmosphere: fish, meat, Sicilian aromas, and that feeling of finally being truly "on vacation."

The heart of the villa: 10 meters for swimming, relaxing, and playing. The first section is shallow (perfect for even the littlest ones under supervision), then it gets deeper for diving and swimming. All around, sun loungers, an umbrella, and an outdoor shower: everything is ready for days spent outside, enjoying the sun and taking breaks in the shade.

🔑 HOUSE ACCESS (SIMPLE AND FLEXIBLE):

The villa is on the GROUND FLOOR: no steps or stairs to climb, making it convenient even for those with mobility difficulties.
The only exception is the attic (room 3), which is reached by stairs.

🏠 You will have complete and exclusive access to the entire house, all rooms and all available services.
No space is shared with other guests or with us hosts: PRIVACY is guaranteed.


⏰ OPENING HOURS:
• CHECK-IN: from 3:00 pm onwards
• CHECK-OUT: by 10:00

Whenever possible, check-in takes place in person with our staff by 9:00 PM, so we can welcome you in person and explain everything to you calmly.

If you arrive later (or prefer to be completely independent), no problem: SELF CHECK-IN is available, with key collection at a location we will indicate to you on the same day, in any case close to the property (with all the instructions).

(Late check-in/check-out is possible only if available and agreed upon in advance.)




ℹ️ SOMETHING TO KNOW:

• Mosquitoes and ants in the warm seasons:
Being in the countryside, mosquitoes and ants may be present in the summer months.
To stay comfortable: we recommend being careful with food (especially if left outside) and using the repellents we provide.
The house is also equipped with mosquito nets to ensure comfort during your stay.

• Pool cleaning and maintenance + garbage collection:
For stays longer than 4 nights, our staff will briefly visit the property for pool maintenance and waste management, ensuring everything is kept in order.
The interventions are rapid, scheduled, and carried out with the utmost discretion, respecting your privacy.

• Transparency note: stray dogs:
Stray dogs may wander through the area: they are generally calm, but if the gate is left open or if they are lured with food, they may enter the property.
To avoid this, we simply ask you to keep the gate closed and not feed them.


🛏️ USE OF 2ND OR 3RD ROOM (BOOKINGS FOR 2 OR 3 GUESTS):
If there are 2 or 3 of you and you'd like to use the second or third bedroom, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it as best as possible.

⚠️ TRAVEL AND MOBILITY:
🚗 A car is recommended for easy access to Sciacca's city center, supermarkets, and main attractions, given the house's quiet and private location.
🚌 The local bus operates only during certain time slots and on limited routes.
🚕 Private taxis available (❌ Uber or similar services not available).

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:


📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):

After booking you will receive:
• the Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental agreements (L. 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).
• the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):

Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be followed according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained upon check-in.
🚫 Waste should never be left inside the house, for any reason.
🧑‍🔧 A member of our staff will periodically come by to collect your garbage and dispose of it properly.


🚭 SMOKING:

Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including e-cigarettes). There are smoke detectors that could set off the alarm.
✅ Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.


🚫🐾 ANIMALS IN THE POOL:
Pets are not allowed inside the pool.


👶🏼🏊‍♂️ CHILD SAFETY:
Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the pool area.


🧹 POOL MAINTENANCE:
For stays longer than 5 nights, our staff will briefly visit the pool for maintenance, which will be carried out discreetly and with your privacy in mind.

💧 WATER CONSUMPTION:
We encourage you to use water wisely, avoiding waste and limiting unnecessary consumption.

In Sicily, water is a precious resource, especially during the summer months. Furthermore, the house is served by a cesspool, which can fill up quickly if overused.

✅ Safety and regulatory compliance: The property complies with the legal provisions applicable to tourist/short-term rentals. The required safety devices (including fire extinguishers and combustible gas and carbon monoxide detection devices) are present, regularly maintained and inspected, as required by art. 13-ter, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree 145/2023 (converted with amendments by Law 191/2023).
