Its shoreline, characterized by rocks and sandy stretches, overlooks a crystal-clear sea, perfect for those seeking quiet, rejuvenating dips and spectacular sunsets. It is essential to have a car to move freely around the city, as there is no widespread public transportation as in large cities.

⚠️ RULES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- 🆔 Before arrival you will receive a link to register your documents with local authorities. At check-in you will be asked for ID for recognition.

-🩴 Clean your feet after the beach.

Please clean your feet outside the house after the beach – elderly people live in the building and sand could cause accidents.

- 🗑️ Waste Management - Mandatory:

Waste collection is mandatory and must be adhered to according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the accommodation guide and will be explained at check-in.

🚫 Waste should never be left inside the house, for any reason.

🕗 Every evening, you must deposit bags outside the gate, following the schedule indicated.

- 🚭 It is forbidden to smoke inside the house. You can DO it in the balcony outside.

- 🚫 It is strictly forbidden to throw objects, toilet paper or any non-biodegradable material down the drains.

- 💧 Water consumption

We encourage you to use water wisely, avoiding waste and limiting unnecessary consumption.

In Sicily, water is a precious resource, especially during the summer months.

🛌 NUMBER OF BEDS REQUIRED:

For reservations of two people, we usually prepare the bed in one room.

If you wish to use the second room as well, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance. In this case, there is an extra charge of 30€ for additional linen.

✅ This applies only to reservations for 2 people.

Those who have booked for 3 or more guests already have the supplement included and will not have to pay anything.
