Access to the property is via a private gate.

Inside you will find reserved parking for 1 car and the independent entrance to apartment P1.

Villa Diana is composed of two independent apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs, which can be rented separately or together as an entire villa.

When apartments are booked separately, each unit maintains its own independence, with separate interior spaces and separate access. Some outdoor areas, such as the path to the beach, the barbecue area, the outdoor shower, and the walkways, may be shared with any guests staying in the other apartment.

In short: private entrance, privacy, internal parking, independent apartment and beach within walking distance in just a few real steps.

Contrada San Marco is one of Sciacca's most popular seaside areas: wide sandy beaches, open sea, and spectacular sunsets that punctuate the days.

During the summer season (from mid-June to mid-September), the beach comes alive with beach clubs and seaside kiosks, some of which also offer excellent options for informal lunches and dinners.

After booking, we will be happy to recommend our favorites.

The area maintains an ideal balance between seaside life and tranquility, making it perfect for those who want to experience the beach in a natural way, without sacrificing comforts and seasonal services.

Sciacca is also strategically located for exploring southwestern Sicily: in less than an hour's drive, you can reach archaeological sites of great value such as Agrigento, Selinunte, Segesta, and Heraclea Minoa, as well as numerous villages and beaches less frequented by mass tourism.

The historic center of Sciacca is about 12 km away (a 15-minute drive): here you'll find coral and ceramic shops, traditional pastry shops, restaurants, markets, and supermarkets, allowing you to experience the city's most authentic side.

An ideal area for those seeking a quiet, well-connected seaside base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Villa Diana is located just steps from San Marco beach and features large outdoor spaces, a veranda, a panoramic patio, a courtyard, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower.

In warm seasons, mosquitoes or small insects may be present, especially in the evening and in outdoor areas.

It's normal in a seaside house, close to nature and the beach.

We recommend bringing or using personal repellents, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time outdoors during aperitifs, al fresco dinners, or evenings on the veranda.

• SAN MARCO BEACH AND AREA IN SUMMER

San Marco beach is one of Sciacca's most popular seaside areas, loved for its seaside atmosphere, its sand, and the opportunity to experience the sea in a simple and direct way.

In the central summer months it can be busier, especially during the central hours of the day, on weekends and during high season.

The great advantage of Villa Diana is being able to reach the beach on foot in just a few real steps and return home whenever you want, without depending on the car or searching for parking.

• INDEPENDENT APARTMENT IN A VILLA WITH TWO AUTONOMOUS UNITS

Villa Diana is composed of two independent apartments: Villa Diana P1, on the upper floor with direct access from the gate, and the apartment on the ground floor.

The two apartments can be rented separately or together as an entire villa.

When booked separately, each unit maintains its own autonomy, with an independent entrance and private interior spaces.

Some outdoor and passage areas, such as the path to the beach, the outdoor shower, the barbecue area, and common entrances, may be shared with any guests staying in the other apartment.

The property is located in a residential seaside area, so we ask that you respect the neighbors and other guests, especially in the evenings and at night.

The outdoor spaces are designed to be enjoyed with pleasure, but always with attention to the context, privacy, and tranquility of the area.
