Villa Marchese is located in the Renella area, one of Sciacca's most popular seaside resorts, in a quiet, residential setting.

Access to the property is via a private gate.
Inside you will find reserved parking and an independent entrance to the house.

The villa is completely for your exclusive use: interiors, outdoor patio, panoramic roof terrace and barbecue area.

In short: private entrance, privacy, outdoor spaces, and the beach just a few steps away.



🔑 CHECK-IN: IN PERSON:

We'll welcome you in person, usually by 9:00 PM, to let you in calmly and provide you with all the useful information about the house, the beach, and the Renella area.

Late check-in is available upon request and confirmation only, with a €50 supplement payable upon arrival.

⚠️ TRAVEL AND MOBILITY:

🚶‍♂️ On foot — Renella beach can be reached in just a few steps: the easiest way to experience the sea every day, without a car.
🚗 Car — Recommended for reaching the historic center of Sciacca, exploring other beaches, restaurants, villages, and the surrounding area.
🚌 Buses — Present in the area, but with limited frequency: they are not the most convenient solution for free travel.
🚕 Taxis — Available upon request. Services like Uber are not available in Sciacca.



ℹ️ SOMETHING TO KNOW:

• AIR CONDITIONING AND FRESHNESS OF THE HOUSE
The house has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2 and the attic bedroom are equipped with a fan.
Being a bright and airy seaside home, with outdoor spaces and openings, the rooms generally remain pleasant to live in, especially with good management of windows, shade, and ventilation during the hottest hours.

• MOSQUITOES AND OUTDOOR LIFE
Villa Marchese is very close to the beach and has a patio, terrace, and outdoor spaces. During warmer seasons, mosquitoes and small insects may be present, especially in the evening.
It's normal in an area of sea and nature. We recommend bringing or using personal repellents, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time outdoors.

• RENELLA BEACH AND AREA IN SUMMER
Renella beach is one of Sciacca's most popular seaside areas.
In the central summer months it can be busier, especially during the central hours of the day, on weekends and during high season.
The great advantage of the house is being able to walk to the beach and return whenever you want, without having to rely on a car or find a parking space.

• DETACHED HOUSE, BUT IN A RESIDENTIAL CONTEXT
Villa Marchese is a detached house with private access and exclusive use of its spaces.
However, it is located in a residential seaside area: we therefore ask for respect for the neighbors, especially in the evening and at night.



🛏️ CHOICE AND USE OF ROOMS:

For bookings of 2 guests, only one double room is normally prepared.
If you'd like to use multiple rooms, have separate beds, or even prepare the attic bedroom, please let us know before your arrival.
We will still send you a reminder message to help us better organize ourselves based on your needs.




📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:


📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):
After booking you will receive:
• the Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental agreements (L. 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).
• the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


💶 SECURITY DEPOSIT:
For added protection, a €300 cash security deposit is required upon arrival to cover any damage, missing items, or improper use of the property.
The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, after an inspection of the property, barring any damages or costs to be retained.


🚭 SMOKING:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors will sound the alarm.
✅ Smoking is permitted on the veranda/outdoor spaces.


🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):
Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be followed according to the municipal calendar.
You'll find everything in the house manual, and we'll explain it to you at check-in.
🚫 Never leave waste inside the house, for any reason (even for a few hours), to avoid odors and inconveniences.
🕗 Every evening, you must take the bins/bags outside the main gate, to the residence's collection area (you will find the large dedicated bins).
📅 Follow the calendar: it will help you dispose of waste correctly, day by day.


💧 WATER CONSUMPTION (CONSCIOUS USE):
We ask you to use water responsibly, avoiding waste and unnecessary consumption.
In Sicily, water is a precious resource, especially in the summer months: small changes make a big difference.


⚡ ELECTRICITY (AVOID OVERLOADS).
In some cases, the meter may trip if several energy-intensive appliances are used at the same time.
To avoid interruptions, we ask you not to turn on devices such as:
